Obstacle Course Small Group Training

Whether you are signed up for a Spartan, Tough Mudder or other Obstacle Course Race (OCR), this training takes you back to moving like a kid again. Run, jump, leap, crawl, climb, swim! This workout will help you obtain strength, endurance, agility, balance and mental toughness. Learn proper technique to climb a wall, crawl through pipes, leap over ditches, swing or climb on ropes, and build your stamina and endurance. Training is the key to preventing injury during a race or fun event. Two levels to chose from weekly.

Small group functional training is your key to getting fitter faster. It is all about training for real life – exercises that recognize that your body is in constant motion and thus your training should involve dynamic motion, agility, resistance and core training. These FUN workouts can be done by anyone, whether your goal is to be stronger, look better or improve your performance. One of the key attractions to Small Group Training is the environment of a group of people all working together. Between the camaraderie and mutual encouragement, few interactions are as fun and fulfilling, making this option one of the most popular.
