My Path and commitment to You …
From the beginning, I was always a child with high energy, chasing after my brothers, participating in cross country, as well as track and volleyball in high school. As an adult, I participated in everything from marathons, bungee jumping, skydiving and a private pilot’s license.
After the birth of my first child in 1995, I had the opportunity to change careers. My efforts became focused on health when I accepted a position in childcare at Ironwood Athletic Club in Coeur d' Alene, ID. Within the year, I became a certified fitness instructor and the director of Group Fitness for Ironwood. In 2000, my family of four moved to Arroyo Grande, CA. It is here where I have been working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor ever since. I am fascinated by the industry’s ever-changing developments, all of which are targeted to even higher levels of health benefits.
I love what I do and am reminded daily of how fortunate I am to teach fitness, share with others my enthusiasm and passion for fitness, and to inspire people of all ages to keep moving. My greatest satisfaction is seeing people of all ages improve their well-being, feel better and, as a result, enjoy life more fully, more richly. That is my commitment to you.
