Obstacle Course Small Group Training


Whether you are signed up for a Spartan, Tough Mudder or other Obstacle Course Race (OCR), this training takes you back to moving like a kid again. Run, jump, leap, crawl, climb, swim! This workout will help you obtain strength, endurance, agility, balance and mental toughness. Learn proper technique to climb a wall, crawl through pipes, leap over ditches, swing or climb on ropes, and build your stamina and endurance. Training is the key to preventing injury during a race or fun event. Two levels to chose from weekly.
